The German division of Rosneft is coming out of sanctions

The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury plans to remove the German division of Rosneft from sanctions. Bloomberg writes about it (link to source).

Officially, the US authorities may announce this next Friday, March 6.
